Since the day we picked up Tris from her breeder we knew she was going to be a good one. She has a very sensitive nose and will point birds from a good distance away. She may be but little, at 21 inches tall, but don't let her size fool you, she can pack a punch in the field. Her hunting range can vary but in general she is a closer working dog but by no means is under your feet. She has a great off switch in the house which helps make her a wonderful companion as well.

She has seen several wild birds such as quail, pheasant, grouse, woodcock and ducks. She will also track and retrieve fur for us as well. She is a very sweet natured girl and loves to snuggle up under the blankets after a good romp out hunting or hiking. Her bird finding ability came all natural to her as did retrieving and honoring. This girl need very little help figuring out what her job was in the field. She also likes the water and is happy to retrieve there as well. Tris is now spayed & retired from breeding.
